How can I change my shipping address?
If you would like to change your shipping address before the order has been shipped, please contact us. and we will gladly make the shipping address update for you.

How do I use Discount/Promotional code?
We do send out discount and promotional codes to our EXCLUSIVE VIP MEMBER LIST customers and other customers who follow us on SOCIAL MEDIA platforms.
You can easily become our EXCLUSIVE VIP MEMBER by joining our mailing list at the bottom of this page.
In order to redeem your discount code, simply add the products to your shopping cart and click the Secure Checkout button.
On the final checkout page, you will see a box for the discount code, simply enter the code and press Apply button, your discount will be subtracted from your subtotal.
Only one promotional code can be used at a time. If you are having problems with your promotional code, please click here to reach us. -
What if I receive a “Payment didn’t go through” message?
If you received a message that your payment did not go through, please check your billing information and personal information. Make sure the information you have entered matches the card you are using.
You can also try to use a different credit card or simply try again in few hours of your initial attempt.
If the payment is still not going through, please try to pay via PayPal. No need to worry, you don't have to be a registered member of PayPal to use their services. -
What if the PayPal payment didn’t go through?
If your PayPal payment attempt was unsuccessful, then contact us with your order number.

Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email?
There are a few reasons why this might have happened:
The order email may have been sent to your spam / junk folder. Look into these folders and find the order email. You can also search for our email address orders@danahm.com and hopefully it will show up in the results.
Mark our domain name (Danahm.com) as “Not Spam” in your email service.
Sometimes, there is a minor difference between your actual email address and the one you made your order with.
If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please contact us here and we will resend it to you.

How can I change my order or customization?
Once you have placed your order, but you have selected the wrong product or want to change the personalization details, please contact us with in 24 hours of placing the order.
We will be more than happy to make the changes at no extra cost if we have not begun the manufacturing process.
Changes required for a custom or personalized order will incur a 30 percent restocking fee once the order has been shipped or is in production/manufacturing.
To avoid 30% restocking fee, you can contact us with in 24 hours of placing the custom order for required changes.
Once your order has proceeded to production or manufacturing, we can still change your order but your delivery date might be delayed. -

How to determine the correct chain size for the necklace?
The chain you select will determine where on your body it will sit, along with the pendant or nameplate.

How to determine the correct size for the bracelet?
The bracelet you select will determine where on your wrist it will sit, along with the nameplate or charm if any.
Bracelets are available from 5”to 12” (12.7 to 30.4 cm), this means that your bracelet can sit tight or hang little lose on your wrist.
Once you decide where you want your bracelet to sit, take a strip of paper and loop it around your wrist. Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen or pencil. Now, simply measure the length from the edge of the paper to the mark with a ruler. Measure it in inches or centimeters. That’s the length of your bracelet.
Or you can use a flexible tape measure just below your wrist bone, where you normally wear your bracelet.
HINT: We recommend choosing one size up your measured length! -
How to determine the correct size for the ring?
Calculate your exact ring size in few easy steps. What you’ll need: a strip of paper, a ruler, and a pen or pencil.
Cut a piece of paper into a strip.
Wrap the strip around the widest part of your finger you would like your customized ring to sit on, closest to your knuckle.
Using a pen or pencil mark where the strip completes a circle and begin to overlap.
Measure the strip from the edge to the mark in either millimeters or inches. You can round up if you are unsure.
Use the below chart to find your ring size, with the length that you just calculated.

Simply place your ring on the size diagrams until you find the perfect match, then find your size on our size chart. Make sure you double-check the measurements. -

If you feel that you have ordered wrong chain size. We will offer an upgrade to your purchased chain within 30 days of the shipping date. Chain must be in a brand new condition. Customers are responsible for any related shipping costs and price difference.
