• At Danahm we strive to guarantee the quality in making handmade personalized jewelry.
• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is simply not what you anticipated, please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to recreate it to you until you are satisfied.
• Products must be brand new and unworn.
• Contact us with in 7 days of delivery.
• Ship items back to us with in 30 days from the date of invoice.
• All custom and personalized jewelry is one of kind, thus, it will incur a 30 percent restocking fee.
• To get in touch concerning a return, please email us.
• Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once a custom or personalized order is submitted and we immediately begin the process of making the items. There will be a 30 percent restocking fee, if you wish to cancel a custom or personalized order.
• Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 5 weeks for the refund to appear in the account used to make the purchase.
